Budbrooke Parish Council’s Neighbourhood Plan
How does it work?
This was the way residents of Budbrooke could influence any physical development in the parish. It allowed us to set out policies to specify how any development would be impact on our environment. A team of people to develop a draft plan, based on an earlier Parish Plan, which was put out to local public consultation several times between 2015 and 2017. The final Budbrooke Neighbourhood Development Plan [BNDP] was put to a local referendum 12th July 2018 and was made on 16th July 2018. Since then, all developments and planning applications in the parish are considered against its policies as well as national and district policies.
